They ask two years in prison for homeless people accused of stealing role in a shopping center
A citizen is facing two and a half years in prison for supposedly stealing ten rolls of toilet paper in the toilets of Vigo Elliptical Square shopping center between June and August 2010.
At the trial, which was held on Tuesday, was attended by the defendant, a homeless man who is currently in prison, and several cleaners and center guards, who accused him of stealing rolls repeatedly.
Apparently, the alleged thief wasn't caught 'red handed', although workers have no doubt it was him. The defendant acknowledged that once took six rolls truck cleaners-has pleaded not guilty of breaking the locks to steal ten rolls dispensers. The loot is valued at 80 euros, including the cost of the locks.
The prosecution claimed that although no direct evidence, there is sufficient evidence itself. He requested two and a half years in prison for breaking locks
